Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return and JZN Market receive any or all items from the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the case of a prepaid calling plan, the plan must not have been activated.

To start a return, you can contact us at activations@jznmarket.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: JZN Market 21720 W. Long Grove Rd. Suite C-320 Deer Park, IL. 60010

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at activations@jznmarket.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like prepaid calling plans that have been activated. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Renewals / Subscribe and Save
Once service has begun for a prepaid duration, that service may not be canceled, and refunds will not be issued. In order to enjoy the discount for Subscribe and Save, subscriptions may not be canceled within the first billing cycle. A minimum of two billing cycles for Subscribe and Save must be paid for cancellations to be allowed for the subscription to enjoy the discount. If your Subscribe and Save is terminated prior to the second billing cycle, your service will be immediately terminated with no refund issued. If your service has been terminated twice in a 12-month period due to your method of payment being declined, JZN Market reserves the right to remove your subscribe and save privileges. You may continue services by paying the normal fee for service without the 10% subscribe and save discount. If after six continuous payments of the normal service fee, you may email us at activations@jznmarket.com to appeal the opportunity to re-enroll in subscribe and save. 

General Payment Information: A valid major credit card or debit card (a 'Registered Payment Method') must be registered and on file with JZN Market to take advantage of automatic payments and any applicable discounts. If you need to change or update your payment information, please email JZN Market Customer Care.

Billing Notifications: You will be automatically billed for the recurring payments corresponding to your Subscribe and Save Payment Option as set forth under the applicable Payment-Specific Terms & Conditions below until you affirmatively un-enroll from the Subscribe and Save service in accordance with the section below entitled ''Cancelling Subscribe and Save''. These recurring charges to your account are non-refundable. JZN Market will send an email confirmation and/or text message to Plan Users and an email confirmation only to the Pay-As-You-Go Plan Users to the email address and / or the phone number listed on your account. The text message or email will indicate whether the attempt to charge your Registered Payment Method was successful and, if so, how much was charged and when the charge was made. We will also send a notification within 24 hours before charging your account notifying the impending charge. JZN Market will not charge you for these notifications. By law, you also have the right to receive notice prior to any transfer that varies in amount from the previous transfer.

Adding Funds Manually: You can manually recharge your account by accessing the 'Renewals' tab at www.coltwireless.com. You may manually purchase a variety of plans and durations with your debit or credit card.

Cancelling Subscribe and Save: To cancel the Subscribe and Save service, you must affirmatively un-enroll by canceling on your JZN Market customer portal. Cancellation will become effective within 72 hours so please ensure that your cancellation is initiated at least three days prior to your renewal date, or your service will be renewed for another 30 days. Account balance is not refundable or exchangeable and is forfeited at expiration date. You will not receive a refund or credit for any fees charged against your account prior to cancellation. JZN Market will send a confirmation email and / or text message as listed on your account indicating whether un-enrollment was successful at no charge to you. You understand that by un-enrolling you will be terminating not only your selected Payment Option, but also your Subscribe and Save service entirely. In addition, when you cancel your subscribe and save, your phone number will be de-activated and may no longer be used. To prevent your phone number’s de-activation, please email us to port-out your existing number. Please allow three days for the port-out process.

Questions and Errors: If you have questions about any electronic transfer, or if you believe there is an error regarding any billing please email us as soon as possible. We must hear from you regarding the suspected problem or error no later than 5 days after we send the applicable email on which the problem or error appears.


Your complaint or question should include the following information:

  1. Your name and account number;
  2. A description of the error or the transfer you are unsure about, and a clear explanation of why you believe it is an error or why you need more information; and
  3. The dollar amount of the suspected error.

All complaints and / or question must be sent via email within 5 business days of the issue. Within 7 business days after your email or our receipt of your written statement containing the information described above, we will attempt to determine whether an error has occurred and if it has, we will promptly correct the error. However, we may require up to 20 business days to investigate the matter 30 business days for new accounts or point-of-sale or foreign transactions).

We will inform you of the results of our investigation within 3 business days after completion. If we determine there was an error, we will promptly credit the appropriate airtime or dollar amount to your account.

Payment-Specific Terms and Conditions

Recurring Charge Authorization: If you selected the Subscribe and Save, the following Payment-Specific Terms and Conditions and Recurring Charge Authorization apply to you.

Billing Frequency and Amount; Payment Failure; Account Interruption and Cancellation: You will be automatically billed for the fixed dollar amount set forth in the cover letter accompanying this document, until you affirmatively cancel from the Subscribe and Save service or until service interruption, as described below. If you do not have sufficient funds in your account to make your monthly payment, your account will not be charged and your service will be interrupted. You will be required to manually add enough funds to your account to have your service restored, and upon restoration, your monthly payment anniversary date will then be based upon your date of restoration. If you don't make a full monthly payment within 30 days of any account interruption, you will lose all unused funds, your account will be canceled and you will lose your phone number.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at activations@jznmarket.com.
