Please confirm that you have done the following:

-Ensure roaming is off and Airplane Mode is Disabled

-Shut down the device

-Remove SIM

-Reinstall the SIM

-Ensure the SIM is installed properly on this device. The reason we mention this is because we have seen situations in the past where the SIM is installed incorrectly.

- If you have a dual SIM phone with another SIM installed, please disable and/or remove the other SIM.

-Power the device on
