1. Authorization & Use

Seller provides bulk prepaid SIM and eSIM products (“Products”) to approved buyers for legitimate use only. By purchasing, Buyer agrees that the Products:

• Will not be used for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to spam messaging, phishing, fraud, or other illicit activity.

• Will be resold, distributed, or activated only in compliance with all applicable telecommunications, consumer protection, and privacy laws.

2. Buyer Responsibility

• Buyer is solely responsible for verifying the identity of end users and ensuring lawful use of Products.

• Buyer assumes all liability for any misuse of the Products after delivery.

• Seller is not responsible for how end users utilize the Products.

3. Compliance

Buyer represents and warrants that:

• They will comply with all applicable KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti‑Money Laundering) obligations in their jurisdiction.

• They will maintain accurate records of end‑user activation and usage when required by law.

• They will promptly cooperate with Seller or carriers in the event of a legal or regulatory inquiry.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments may be made via [Wire Transfer, Cryptocurrency, or other accepted methods].

• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once activation has been completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Seller disclaims all liability for Buyer’s or end users’ use of the Products.

• Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller from any claims, damages, fines, or penalties arising from misuse of the Products.

6. Carrier & Service Limitations

• Carrier service availability and coverage are subject to change without notice.

• Seller makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted service, call quality, or data speeds.

7. Termination of Supply

Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate sales immediately if Buyer is suspected of:

• Engaging in unlawful activity,

• Violating these Terms, or

• Damaging Seller’s relationship with carriers or suppliers.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States.

Acknowledgement

By purchasing bulk prepaid SIM or eSIM products from Seller, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
